[PoArt] WHAT IS IT?

Proof of Work Protocol: Real Artists, Real Production, Real Value.

Proof of Art [PoArt] is an institutional verification approach that makes it visible with evidence that the effort, identity, and vision behind a project originate directly from real-time human will, not from anonymous bot software.

[PoArt] It doesn't say "Believe." It says "Look and verify."

[PoArt] 5-Piece Standard

It documents the conditions under which the status is earned and the "Action → Result" mechanism.

ACTION

The creator (artist, scientist, storyteller, etc.) is at the center of the project. It involves regular publishing and regular content monitoring processes (which may be 24/7, but this is not a requirement). It is not just a "show," but an "identity verification."

RESULT

It breaks the "ghost developer" model. The developer is there with their work and their face.

ACTION

[PoArt] works like thesis logic, focusing on what has not been done before. It does not consider output produced in 5 seconds as "proof in itself." It makes the production process (publication/archiving/labor) visible.

RESULT

It shows that it is not a "cheap copy," but genuine labor that carries continuity.

ACTION

It indexes the token economy to an artistic, philosophical, or scientific achievement. Not just graphics, but physical or abstract production is built.

RESULT

This dam, built against "low-effort" trends, provides investors with a reliable shield against market fluctuations and unshakable legitimacy in the eyes of global galleries. Thus, each production is positioned not merely as a commodity, but as a cultural heritage to be passed down from generation to generation, making the community a true participant in this aesthetic revolution.

ACTION

The project establishes a new foundation rather than repeating "what already exists." The rule: "Imagine what has not been done." For example, placing Michelangelo's David in the heart of a bathhouse and having him observe digital markets presents a new thesis on humanity's relationship with "value."

RESULT

This ecosystem accepts ideas and projects that embody meaning, originality, and a sustainable vision, rather than empty, imitative, or short-term speculative copies. The expectation from the project is that it has produced an institutional "core value" that can operate independently, ensuring that its value can be preserved even after a possible "CTO takeover," without being solely dependent on the developer's will. Indeed, as seen in the Palmitas example, the building painting application, which goes beyond a purely aesthetic "beautification" activity and aims to repair the social fabric in order to reduce crime, constitutes a methodological innovation and presents a model that is sustainable for the community without creating dependency on the developer. When adopted under the [PoArt] Protocol with CTO status, this type of approach offers a response that can remain 'indefinitely effective' in a sustainable manner. On the other hand, in cases where it has a measurable positive impact on human perception and social behavior, and where its sustainability and institutional continuity are demonstrated with concrete evidence by the community, the requirement to submit an annual 'Evidence Pack' may not be sought for CTO-qualified projects. The application of this exception is additionally evaluated within the framework of the criteria set forth in the Protocol and the will of the community.

ACTION

[PoArt] demands "human will" against the ease of automation. Rule: "Prove will, not automation." Regular production, regular communication, and verifiable processes are the conditions for maintaining status.

RESULT

The scope of projects with unknown identities that can "disappear" overnight is shrinking. Investors see real people who take responsibility, not algorithms, and sustainable labor.

[PoArt] Verification & Anti-Counterfeiting

It documents how the "Verified" status is built not on claims, but on evidence, records, and process discipline.

[PoArt] Verified is the official registration status earned after 11 months of uninterrupted hard work starting from the application. To prevent speculative expectations during this process, no interim updates are provided to the developer; the "Verified" announcement is not made until the process is 100% complete.

PROCEDURE

Projects with positive outcomes are announced to the community at the end of 11 months. Final validity is confirmed by the legitimacy of the community vote, with an additional +1 month period (See: Authority and Appeal Mechanism).

24/7 activity is not required for verification; however, transparency and traceability of production are essential. A valid evidence package must include the following:

  • Visual Recordings: Live stream links and permanent archive links.
  • Process Archive: Timelapse footage or raw production recordings.
  • Production Logs: Detailed breakdown based on date, duration, and job title.
CRITICAL

If the evidence package is not regularly updated, the [PoArt] status may be suspended or revoked.

[PoArt] Verified status is not "buy once, use forever." The status is renewed every 365 days. If inactivity is detected, the project may be removed from the list.

PHILOSOPHY

The project's output should be valuable on its own and, when acquired by a community such as "CTO," should offer a return that preserves its past value.

Any verification record that cannot answer "Yes" to the following 4 questions is not legitimate. The only valid source: ilhanart.org/registry

1 Has the ID match been verified?
Are the 2 proof links open via the Registry?
3 Is the renewal date up to date?
4 Are the details in the metadata exactly the same as the actual asset (file/work/token/contract address/ID)? Do they match perfectly?

Using the "[PoArt]" logo as a screen decoration on any platform is not official verification. For proof, rely only on the official record.

Appeal and Objection Mechanism

The institutional guarantee of trust, combining the founder's vision with the will of the community.

STEP 1

Strategic Filter (Constituent Authority)

Each application is reviewed for philosophical depth and technical sustainability. The goal is to prevent low-effort projects from slipping through.

STEP 2

Democratic Veto (Community)

A one-month "Objection Window" is opened for approved projects. If 40% of objections are raised, the status is revoked.

Golden Rule: The founder evaluates; the community monitors. It is a hybrid structure that eliminates unilateral error.
1 Solana-Gated: The objection process is conducted with wallet-based authorization and bot/Sybil protection (Voting rights depend on token-gated eligibility + wallet signature + micro SOL registration/contribution requirements). Binding votes cannot be opened until 30 days have passed since the registration date. Anomaly threshold: if the number of unique votes exceeds the number of "authorized voter snapshots" created at the start of voting, the announcement of results is suspended and the review process is automatically initiated).
2 Evidence Freeze: Upon objection, evidence (Evidence Pack/evidence set) is frozen and cannot be altered (Freezing includes locking references and summary/hash records. In case of an anomaly, the result announcement is suspended and the freeze status is maintained during the review period).
3 Time-Lock: All status changes proceed according to the Registry calendar (30-day waiting period, voting window start/end times, suspension/re-voting, and finalization steps are subject to Time-Lock; status changes do not take effect until the periods have elapsed).
4 Single Source: The only valid data ilhanart.org/registry (Authorized voter snapshot information, eligibility criteria, references for registration/voting procedures, "suspended/re-vote/finalized" statuses, and the announcement of final results are only valid with data published on the Registry).
[PoArt] Vision

The Role of [PoArt] in Projects

[PoArt] is an unshakable foundation of legitimacy that operates under the principle of "Today's Labor, Tomorrow's Legacy," where labor is recognized not only for art but for every visionary idea that advances science, philosophy, and humanity.

[PoArt] • GOVERNANCE

[PoArt] Governance and Community Decision Mechanism

GOVERNANCE FLOW THROUGH THE SITE

The [PoArt] governance flow begins with wallet verification via the site interface; the participant links their wallet with the 'Connect Wallet' step and confirms their identity via a blockchain signature with the 'Verify with Signature' step. Voting rights are contingent upon minimum token eligibility, a micro SOL registration process to reduce manipulation risk, and completion of a 30 (thirty) day waiting period from the registration date. Binding votes are recorded using memo-tagged transfer transactions to produce verifiable records on the chain; results are displayed transparently and only become final upon publication of the 'finalization' notice by the authorized admin wallet. As an additional security threshold, if unique votes exceeding the authorized voter snapshot created at the start of voting are detected, the announcement of results is suspended and the review process begins. As an additional security threshold, if a unique vote exceeding the authorized voter snapshot created at the start of the vote is detected, the announcement of results is suspended and the review process is initiated ex officio."

MANIPULATION PROTECTION: Token-gated eligibility + Registration (micro SOL + memo) + 30-day waiting protocol is automatically applied. (If the unique vote count exceeds the snapshot threshold, the result appears as "PENDING.")
